The Library links should link to available resources without requiring a login if you are onsite in a WACHS facility.

If you are a WACHS employee and are having problems logging in to online resources when located offsite or outside the WACHS network, there are three possible reasons. 

• Are you trying to use your Health email address as your username?  Don't do this, you only need to enter your usual network login.
• Your network password may have expired.  

• Email or phone the WACHS ICT Help Desk on 1800 794 748 (Monday to Friday)  It is possible to reset your network password online through the staff portal (see Self Service Password Reset), IF you have registered for self-service password reset.
