If you are a WACHS employee and are having problems logging in to online resources when located offsite or outside the WACHS network, there are three possible reasons.
Email or phone the WACHS ICT Help Desk on 1800 794 748 (Monday to Friday) It is possible to reset your network password online through the staff portal (see Self Service Password Reset), IF you have registered for self-service password reset.
