Connection and other problems


If you have a PC or laptop using Bitdefender, your connection through the Library's proxy server may be blocked. This link shows you how to add an exception to allow connections to Library resources.


Being refused access?

Do you work for WACHS?  Only staff employed by WACHS are licensed to use online resources.

Do you have an active WA Health account and password?  Authentication uses your normal WA Health credentials.  Check you are NOT using your Health email address as your user name - note the instructions to only use your username.

If you are sure you should have access but are still having problems, it could be because your account has not been set up to allow WACHS Library access.  Use our form to report anyproblems.
