To access the Renal Drug Database you need to have set up an individual account.
To set up an account
Please contact the RDD support team at RDDsupport@tandfonline.com and let them know that:
(a) you work for the WA Country Health Service and
(b) your domain is health.wa.gov.au
Once they have set up your account you will receive an email from RDD support with your RDD username and password.

The old Therapeutic Guidelines App has been decommissioned. If you are accessing Therapeutic Guidelines through the mobile app, please ensure you have replaced the old app with the new one by following the instructions below.
Mobile App Installation
1. Uninstall any old instances of the Therapeutic Guidelines app from your device and download the new version.
Access Key Authentication
2. Open Therapeutic Guidelines on your device (this opens the Therapeutic Guidelines website through the WACHS Library). If you are prompted to log in, please enter your HE number and your network (work) computer password.
3. You then need to set up your Access Key. The Access Key will enable easy and secure access to the app without needing to log in each time.

Please note: If you require support, please contact WACHS Library (not WACHS ICT). You cannot log into the desktop version of the Therapeutic Guidelines with a personal account, please use the links on the WACHS Library website.

The AusDI vendor deployed a patch on 1st March for a known issue with the recent Apple iOS 18.3.1 update. The issue prevented some pages from loading correctly or users were unable to scroll down past a certain point.
If you are still experiencing problems, please follow the instructions below to clear your browser.
First ensure Safari and all apps have been closed by swiping up, then navigate to:
1. Settings
2. Apps
3. Safari
4. Advanced
5. Website Data
6. Wait for it to load and then "Remove All Website data"
If you are still having issues whilst using the mobile website, please access the desktop site via the link on the AusDI mobile homepage (see screenshot). This will allow you to use the desktop site from your iPhone.
