Are you registered?
New users need to register.
- On the landing page, in the "Log into" box select "New Registration".
- The registration form has two sections - "Your Details" and "Company Details".
- Please select “Health Department of WA” from the top two drop-down menus on the "Company details" tab.
- Select "Complete Registration" page and you're done.
- Return to the landing page and login with your new credentials.
Searching for an Australian Standard
IMPORTANT: The Library's subscription only covers access to Standards Australia.
- To limit your search to "Standards Australia" content select "AS Standards Australia" from the Publisher drop-down menu on the search page.
Follow these steps to view online or download an Australian Standard
- From the search results screen click on the title of standard you wish to view
- You will be provided with two viewing options:
- View Online
- Will open a new tab or window with an online PDF version of the Standard
- Download
Will open a new tab or window with a download request page ⇒
- When the Standard is 'Ready for download', press the Download document button
- The Order Fulfillment (DRM protected document) window will appear with information on viewing the Adobe PDF file that has been saved to the Downloads folder from your browser
- Open this folder and double click on the PDF to view the Standard
NOTE: These files MUST be opened in Adobe Reader (they will not open in the browser window or with Adobe Acrobat Professional).
Logging out
Please remember to log out of the platform once you have saved/viewed your Standard.
