In order to use the Library's services (no form required) you must:
- Be an eligible staff member of the WA Country Health Service (WACHS)
- Be an approved non-Health staff member providing services to the Department's clients. This includes all Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs). Authorisation from a Departmental officer is required. Please ensure authorising officer's name is clear and legible
